Below you can read how you can arrange this easily and efficiently.

Return Policy

Because we only supply B2B, specific return conditions apply:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery .
  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging .
  • Custom-made products and items ordered especially for you cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or was defective.
  • After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process the refund or replacement within 10 business days , if applicable.

How do returns work?

  1. Register return
    Send an email to sales@teleson.nl with your order number, product details and reason for return.
  2. Review & Approval
    We will check whether the return meets our conditions and, if possible, approve it with further instructions.
  3. Dispatch
    Package the product securely and return it to the address provided. Include the return confirmation with the shipment.
  4. Processing & Refund
    After receipt and inspection, we will process the return and you will receive a replacement product or refund.

Warranty & defects

All our products come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty . If you received a defective product or experience a problem within the warranty period, please report it as soon as possible via sales@teleson.nl, and we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
