Return Policy
Because we only supply B2B, specific return conditions apply:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery .
- Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging .
- Custom-made products and items ordered especially for you cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or was defective.
- After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process the refund or replacement within 10 business days , if applicable.
How do returns work?

Register return
Send an email to sales@teleson.nl with your order number, product details and reason for return. -
Review & Approval
We will check whether the return meets our conditions and, if possible, approve it with further instructions. -
Dispatch
Package the product securely and return it to the address provided. Include the return confirmation with the shipment. -
Processing & Refund
After receipt and inspection, we will process the return and you will receive a replacement product or refund.
Warranty & defects
All our products come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty . If you received a defective product or experience a problem within the warranty period, please report it as soon as possible via sales@teleson.nl, and we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
